Skanska Property Poland is starting to build the office block Green Day in Wrocław. It will be the third Skanska office investment in Wrocław.

Green Day is being erected at the intersection of Wyszyńskiego and Szczytnicka streets in Wrocław. It will be an office building of the A Class, oriented to implement the assumptions of sustainable building industry. Seven floors of the building will offer 15 930 sq.m. of the area to let. Apart from office spaces, tenants will have an opportunity to use the two-floor underground car park, which has 218 spaces.

As Marcin Łapiński from Skanska Property Poland says, We are starting another building investment in Wrocław, since we are convinced of the great potential of this city. The new office spaces which we offer will find their tenants soon. Green Day is a brilliant project, which very accurately responds to the nature of its surroundings, and its assets, apart from the location, include modern solutions minimizing its impact on the environment and providing its tenants with comfortable working conditions.

Green Day is the third Skanska office investment in Wrocław; in 2009, the Grunwaldzki Center was put into use, and in March of the current year, the first building of the Green Towers complex was put into use. The current investment was designed by the planning office, Maćków Pracownia Projektowa, from Wrocław, and Skanska S.A. will be a general contractor. The office building has already been pre-certified by LEED at the Gold level.
