The bank Pekao S.A. gave a credit to the Capital Park Group for the investment Eurocentrum Office Complex, located at Aleje Jerozolimskie in Warsaw.

Capital Park and Pekao S.A. signed a credit agrement for 324 mln PLN, which is supposed to cover most of the investment. The remaining resources will come both from the investor’s equity and from the only shareholder, the company Capital Park SA. The credit will be allocated for financing the building,  VAT and, apart from that, for co-financing the investment stage. The part of the liability connected with the building and VAT was incurred in PLN and the investment part in EUR.

Concluding the agreement with the bank has provided us with resources necessary to implement the investment  and has allowed us to initiate the building works connected with the first part of the investment (buildings Beta and Gamma) in the full scope scheduled by the agreement with the general contractor. The credit agreement was concluded on the basis of general financing conditions negotiated before, as Marcin Juszczyk from the Capital Park Group said.

Eurocentrum Office Complex is intended to be the biggest sustainable office building in Poland. The solutions of sustainable building industry have been confirmed by the first two stages of LEED CS GOLD certification.

The initiated main stage of building is intended to be finished in 2nd quarter of 2014. The company ERBUD SA has been assigned as the general contractor of the building. Cushman & Wakefield will be responsible for its commercialization, whereas the design studio PRC Architekci has created its design.
