The Wola Center office building will be constructed on Przyokopowa Street in Warsaw. The owner of the property – developer LC Corp – has chosen the general contractor. Budimex will be responsible for the construction works that will begin in a few days.
The Wola Center complex consists of four buildings joint by a patio with greenery and elements of small architecture. The ground floor will provide service facilities as well as cafes and restaurants. Office spaces will be situated on the other eleven floors. The total rental space of will amount to over 31 000 sq. m.
The idea and the project of Wola Center were created in Kuryłowicz&Associates design office. Jones Lang LaSalle will be responsible for the commercialization of the building.
