One of the companies that decided to launch its department in the Wrocław Sky Tower office building is Halla Holdings Corporation. The new tenant is a Korean company that specializes in the automotive industry. The headquarters of Halla Holdings Corporation will be situated on the 14th floor of the skyscraper.
Nuvalu Poland Sp. z o.o., a company that specializes in professional consultancy on the commercial real estate market, will also lease space in the building. The lease contract was signed at the beginning of June.
Sky Tower is situated in the Wrocław Krzyki district. In the neighborhood of the investment, there is a route that connects the south of the city with the A4 highway. There are also numerous bus and tram lines. Sky Tower is the highest as well as one and only architectural complex in Poland (212-meter-high building, 50 floors). The complex comprises of an office and apartment part as well as a shopping precinct. The observation deck situated on the 49th floor is a great asset too; the entire panorama of Wrocław and the surroundings may be admired from above. Other facilities are a large underground garage, fitness center, bowling club, rich food court zones and observation deck. On the ground floor and on the first floor there are also shopping precinct, restaurants, and cafes.
