Hochtief Polska commissioned the office building on Dolna Street in Warsaw. The topping out ceremony has been celebrated on October 5th, less than 15 months after the construction begun.
The Jeronimo Martins Dystrybucja office building is a 9-storey property, located in the Mokotów district of Warsaw. The commerce and service part will be situated on the ground floor, while the other floors will be offering office spaces.
Currently, the elevation and finishing works are in course. Electric and mechanical systems are installed. The works should end in the first quarter of 2012.
