The dynamic development of Warsaw's market

Warsaw has taken the 12th place in the list of the fastest developing markets in the world. In Europe only Frankfurt was better.

The „Winning in Growth Cities” report, elaborated by Cushman & Wakefield consulting company, informs that Warsaw’s office market is developing very dynamically.

Warsaw is often said to be the most attractive investment destination in Europe. The city, with investments summing up to 951 million dollars, has taken the 39th place in the list of the most popular office markets in the world. The paste of growth of the office transaction’s number of over 91% has given the capital of Poland the 12th position in the global rank and the 2nd in Europe. Among the most attractive places for foreign companies’ purchases, Warsaw has taken the 15th place.

Despite the small fall of the number of transactions in the past year (-1,9%), the most attractive place in the world for office real-estate investments is London. What is more, the city is also indicated by foreign investors as the most popular localization. The second place was taken by New York, where during the past 12 months the number of office investments increased by 190%, amounting to 14,1 billion dollars. The third place on the list was taken by Paris.
