Echo Investment copartnership has started a construction of modern office West Gate which will offer 16000sqm of A class space. It is located at the crossroads of Lotnicza, Na Ostatnim Groszu, Legnicka i Milenijna in Wrocław.

Executing Echo Investment policy within sustainable building, this investment will receive soon BREEAM certification. Installations will ensure comfort of work, and they 'll be also environmental-friendly which will lower exploitation costs - says Rafał Mazurczak, Director of Commercialization and Marketing Team in an Office Department and Echo Investment Hotels.
Building will consists of six storeys and two level underground car parking. The structure was designed in "L" shape. Glass spaces predominated the elevation. Architecture studio ARCAD from Kielce is responsible for architecture project.
There are fast lifts, control systems of energy-saving access to air-conditioning solutions and ventilations, lift floors, ecological light system in the building. There are also cycle parking, changing room and showers. Canteen, recreational outdoor spaces and service-trade establishments.
Echo Investment has been executing investments in Wrocław since 2007. It is responsible for buildings such as trade-entertainment centre Pasaż Grunwaldzki, settlement by Słowiańskie Wzgórze and Aquarius business House office.
