The complex will be located at the junction of Bułgarska and Marcelińska streets on a six-hectare plot. Nine buildings will be constructed there of a total office and commercial space of 80 000 sq. m. The developer will apply for the LEED certification.
The construction of the investment has been divided in two phases. The first one is planned to be completed in the years 2013-2014. That is when four first office buildings, of a total rental space of 42 000 sq. m, will be commissioned. The other five buildings will be constructed by the end of 2016.
SwedeCenter is owned by the Inter IKEA group. The investment in Poznań is the second of three investments realized as a part of the Business Garden brand. Currently, an analogical project is under construction in Warsaw and the next one will be realized in Wrocław.
