The German investment fund DEKA Immobilien GmbH chose the company Knight Frank to manage the Mokotowska Square office building.

The German investment fund DEKA Immobilien GmbH chose the company Knight Frank Polska to manage the Mokotowska Square office building and the Hotel Intercontinental in Warsaw. 

At the moment,  Knight Frank manages 14 commercial facilities in Poland, which belong to the real estate holding of DEKA Immobilien GmbH. They offer in total the space of 330 000 sq m. This company manages the largest amount of office spaces in the country – 77 buildings, which all together amount to 1 100 000 sq m.

The Mokotowska Square is located in 49 Mokotowska Street in Warsaw. This seven-storey building offers the modern, Class A office space of 8 500 sq m and the commercial space of 1 100 sq m. Tenants will benefit from parking space in the underground garage. The building is characterised by a renewed and historic façade and an observation deck on the top floor. The building was revitalized in the end of 2011 and in the beginning of 2012. Yareal Polska was the investor and RD Bud the general contractor. Eco-friendly and energy-saving solutions were applied in the Mokotowska Square.
