Konstruktorska Business Center offers the largest office storey in Poland. The owner is currently negotiating with future tenants.

Konstruktorska Business Center in Warsaw offers 7.341 sq m of office space on each storey from 2-4, which makes it the largest office storey in Poland. The owner of the building is HB Reavis, who is currently negotiating with future tenants.

Such large floorspace enables the tenants to arrange the office space at will, giving them very many possibilities. This is extremely attractive for future tenants, especially large companies which want all of their departments to occupy one storey. With its great location and green solutions, the office block attracts international companies. We have recently signed a lease agreement with a large international FMCG company. - comments Stanislav Frnka, Country CEO, HB Reavis Poland.

The construction of the building began in Q2 2011, topping out took place on 21 June 2012. The owner, HB Reavis, moved in on 12 March 2013. Among other companies renting space in the building there is OTIS, Carrier, and IMS Health. At their disposal there will be a restaurant, café, kiosk, and cash machine, which will be located on the ground floor.

Konstruktorska Business Center is located at the junction of Konstruktorska and Suwak streets. It offers over 48.000 sq m to rent on 7 storeys.
For the tenants of Konstruktorska Business Center there will be 1050 parking places, electric vehicle charging stations, and a bicycle parking. Greenery is important for us, as it ensures optimal working conditions, so we planted trees in the patio and around the building. These characteristics make Konstruktorska Business Center a modern office block meeting international standards.
- says Stanislav Frnka.

The building was designed by Epstein studio, with consideration of the BREEAM system requirements.
