The sale of Konstruktorska Business Center is clear evidence that investors appreciate Mokotów as a business location and also they notice its future potential. The close proximity to the airport, constant development of facilitations for employees as well as communication facilitations in the neighborhood – these factors make that the biggest business district in Poland will remain an attractive location for many companies for years – adds Stanislav Frnka, Director of HB Reavis Poland.

Konstruktorska Business Center is the first building realized by us in Warsaw. It was commissioned in 2013. Its sale constitutes the final stage of the investment process and it proves that our office investments are attractive to both tenants and investors, who are interested in the first-class properties in Poland. We appreciate the investment approach of Golden Star Estate and we are glad that we managed to communicate with each other – says Marian Herman, Financial Director of HB Reavis.
Greenberg Traurig for HB Reavis and Marcin Rogala of SRC legal office on behalf of Golden Star Estate advised the company in the transaction.
