The construction of Plac Zamkowy office building – Business with Heritage commences.

The construction of a new office and services location by Senatorska St. in Warsaw has begun.

Senatorska Investment company has begun the construction of office and services location Plac Zamkowy – Business with Heritage. The structure is being raised next to Royal Castle and Sigismund's Column in Warsaw. It will be the only real estate in the centre of the old town. First leaseholders will be able to move in in the first quarter of 2015.

The office building will replace the nowadays parking lot. The project will have the influences of local historic constructions listed in the UNESCO World Heritage Site. The unique location required the planning phase to be preceded by 30 months long consultations with the capitol's heritage conservator.

When we created the plan, we wanted to make the location modern and fully functional but above all we wanted to respect the surrounding architecture. Our project is the only fully commercial structure just by the old town. Due to that, the leaseholders of offices and service locations will be able to make use of a prestigious address as well as reach their clients with ease. - says Maksymilian Marcinkowski, the head of Senatorska Investment. Plac Zamkowy – Business with Heritage investment is just what this unique area was lacking. Thanks to our project, the Warsaw's old town will supplement the perfectly renovated tenant's houses with a modern infrastructure on the level of biggest, European capitols – he adds.

Plac Zamkowy – Business with Heritage will offer 9500 sqm of space, from which 4071 sqm will be rented for office use and 1640 sqm sa service points. The project also includes the construction of the only two level parking lot on the old town with 27 parking spots. The project has been created by RKW Rhode Kellermann Wawrowsky. The additional investor is APP – Projekt Sp. Z o.o., while the general contractor is NDI SA.
