The new image of Irydion

Showroom in Irydion building
In the building Irydion, located on Żoliborz in Warsaw, a showroom was created and there was a change of visual identity.

In Warsaw building Irydion, located at the intersection of Powązkowska and Krasińskiego Street, a showroom was opened, that is, arranged office space. It includes more than 1000 sq. m of furnished open space area.

The showroom, fully finished to a high standard used in the building, was created in response to the needs of companies looking for modern space as their headquarters. Many potential tenants visit us, and for them the showroom is an opportunity to see how their office would really look like and what kind of design they can choose, said Karolina Adamiak, Junior Consultant in Office Space Rental Department, JLL.

The building also underwent the process of change in visual identity. Irydion received a new logo and the website of the building was launched. The owner of the office block, Aviva Investors Central European Property Fund, also plans to renovate the reception hall this autumn.

Irydion offers ca. 9200 sq. m of rentable area on five floors above ground. The consulting company JLL is responsible for commercialisation. The furniture for the showroom was provided by the companies Mikomax and Aquina.
