PHN terminates the letter of intent concerning Port Rybacki

The Board of Directors of PHN announced that the letter of intent concerning the implementation of the investment Port Rybacki in Gdynia has been terminated.

On 17 April this year, the subsidiary of Polski Holding Nieruchomości S.A. - Dalmor S.A. - has terminated the letter of intent concerning the implementation of the investment Port Rybacki in Gdynia, of which the company informed in February 2014.

 

In the announcement, PHN states: The termination of this letter of intent was caused by the fact that the Parties have not reached agreement on the definition of the conditions of potential co-operation. Regardless of the aforementioned, the company Dalmor S.A. continues the works related to the implementation of the investment Port Rybacki in Gdynia in accordance with the accepted assumptions.  

 

Port Rybacki is an investment, which is to consist of modern office and residential complex, complemented by commercial and service features. The estimated gross lease area is expected to be ca. 70 734 sq. m and 121 776 sq. m of usable and residential space. The project will be located on the seashore of Molo Rybackie in Gdynia, on Hryniewickiego Street 10.
