Warta Tower Facility managed by Kulczyk Silverstein Properties (KSP) has received an assessment Very Good in the system BREEAM In-Use in terms of facility management and for the building.

Warta Tower is still one of the most recognizable office buildings in Warsaw. This is a project with an established position in the market, especially because we wanted to green certification meant tangible benefits for tenants, such as media consumption savings - says Beata Jonska, Head of Property Management in KSP.

To give the object a certificate contributed implemented procedures, including segregation of garbage and the consequent cost savings related to exports. In addition to the analysis environmentalist environment in terms of biodiversity of nature surrounding the building, whose completion planned for the coming months will improve the area surrounding the office in terms of environmental performance. Will also be introduced solutions affecting the reduction of electricity consumption, for example mounting in office LED or energy-efficient lighting.

Warta Tower is a 22-storey complex class A, located at st. Chmielna in Warsaw, consisting of two parts - the 82-meter tower and a 6-storey podium. The total area of ​​the object is 27 000 sqm., while among the tenants of office space are i.a.: TuiR Warta, KBC Group, Foster Wheeler Energy Poland, ITMAGINATION, ABAKO the Embassy of the Kingdom of Norway.
