The contractor of the investment is Pil-Building company from Greater Poland. At the beginning of January, demolition works of the present structure at Witaszka Street have started. After its extensive development, Onyx Business Point – a 3-tier and modern structure with A class elements will arise here. The envisaged date of the investment's commission is planned on December 2015.
We entrusted the realization of Onyx Business Point to a company which has its registered office in Piła. We believe that with the use of wide experience in realization of various construction projects – Onyx Business Point will develop the first modern office of this type in our city which will change and brighten up the area in the center of Piła, next to Staszic Square. The external wall of the building will be composed of plates from a sandstone piled alternately with glass. The totality will be maintained in black and beige. Morever, we are planning to move into a new office right after its receipt, that is in first monhts of the following year – comments Wojciech Andrzejewski, vice-president of the board in P.R.E.S.C.O. GROUP.
P.R.E.S.C.O. will occupy the upper tiers of the building whereas the ground floor of the office located in the city center will be ermarked for lease for companies offering legal, financial and insurance services. Moreover, there will be a resturant with a summer garden in the structure. The total area of the building totals 2500 sq. m.
P.R.E.S.C.O. received from PKO BP an investment credit for the realization of the structure in the amount of 7 700 000 zlotys in November last year.
