The Polish department of BPI SA (CFE group) financed a purchase of a plot in the center of Wrocław in 2014. It is planning to realize there an investment with the size of at least 22 000 sq. m of residential, commercial and office area.

The investment is located at Kępa Mieszczańska in the neighborhood of the Old City. The expansion on Wrocław has a special importance to us. First and foremost, it is another after Warsaw and Gdańsk – Polish agglomeration in which we may realize a project in accordance with the highest standards. We would like this place to be a specially attractive to inhabitants with the close access to many kinds of services and recreations. We are convinced that this investment will sign into a philosophy of „modern Wrocław” which has been dynamically developing within last years. We want to contribute to this business and we assume that effects of our activities will satisfy the needs of inhabitants – says chairman for development in CFE group, Frederik Lesire.

 

BPI Poland enterprise has been present on the national market since 2009. The company has in its portfolio such realizations as two stages of residential and service complex, that is „Cztery Oceany” in Gdańsk and „Wola Tarasy” housing estate in Warsaw. Moreover, Apsys, SUD Poland and AP Szczepaniak will be responsible for Wrocław project. CFE Poland, in turn, will perform a role of a general contractor.

 

The partnership, which is a member of CFE Poland, is owned by Belgian CFE group with nearly 130-year history. Furthermore, some departments dedicated to such fields as: PPP, properties, construction, multi-technology and marine infrastructure function within the group. The partnership is responsible for a complex realization of construction projects of the residential and office sectors.

 

CFE Group functions on a global scale and it is especially active in the area of deep-sea works, realized by one of the industry's leader – DEME. CFE is recorded on the Stock Exchange Market in Brussels and the major package (60,40 per cent) is owned by Ackermans & van Haaren partnership.
