The Polish market is incredibly attractive to international investors. Demand for hotel services still increases, especially in larger cities. Despite a leading position of Warsaw in this field, this isn’t the only city with developing hotel infrastructure.

According to the “Hotel Market In Poland” report prepared by Walter Herz, the reason for the significant growth of the Polish hotel market are constantly improved operational results of hotels as well as development of investments, stable economic growth and still undeveloped high class hotel infrastructure. In 2017, 40 million passengers were serviced on the Polish airports, including 2.9 million of passengers in Wrocław. The Wrocław hotel market characterizes with relatively low prices in comparison to larger cities, which contributes to increased high proportion of travellers in that direction. The forecasts for this city are positive thanks to a big number of tourists and strong BPO sector. The 2018 year was also very fruitful for Wrocław due to awards as the city was granted the European Capital of Culture.

 

To Fit The Atmosphere Of Surroundings 

The city of Wrocław has 60 hotels with 5 000 rooms and their number still increases. New investments are projected; even 250 rooms for guests will be delivered this year. For instance, the first MGallery by Sofitel hotel in Poland is currently under construction. Its fit-out is being performed by Tétris, and interior design project is being carried out by Medusa Group architectural studio. The investment is situated at Plac Katedralny in Ostrów Tumski with the view of the Old Town and Botanic Garden. The name of the hotel is The Bridge and it's about to offer 184 rooms, large restaurant, four conference halls, underground garage and ballroom with the entrance to the garden as well as terrace on the roof of the building.

 

A dedicated team of Project Managers will be held responsible for coordinating the MGallery project in the field of comprehensive interior design and industry projects. The deadline is 6 months with a completed project for the first six months of 2019. MGallery hotel is a perfect location in the city center for demanding customers who appreciate innovativeness, great design, high class materials and total comfort. Building architecture will sign into the concept of the old urban fabric located in close proximity to the hotel, underlying elegance and simplicity – says Krzysztof Poznański, Associate Director Hotels & Hospitability, Tétris.

The size of this 5-star investment is 12 000 sq. m located on 6 floors. The Bridge is going to be a good place for business meetings thanks to comfortable conditions for working and relaxing.
