In half of November a due date passed, where Gdańsk and Polnord were supposed to start execution of shared investment. Wyspa Spichrzów will not change its look, because before the due date parts stopped to cooperate - quotes "Gazeta Wyborcza".
The situation has a lot of uncertainty. The most important is an issue of keeping a deposit of PLN 0,5 million paid by Polnord. Executives don't know also what talks with Hossa will bring - it's a second company which entered to the last stage of the competition. They are very sceptical about the effects of negotiations. In reference to concept of total development of Wyspa Spichrzów Town Hall advises to have a lot of patience. However, they say that works on the embankment with a value of PLN 20 million will start in the spring.
Works in the southern part of Wyspa, which was missed in investment plans until now are carried out without any problems. All carried projects were done as private enterprises. There has been executed i.a. Qubus Hotel, building of Aura Island settlement and Chmielna Park investment last.
