The obtainment of the BREEAM ecological certificate confirms both a high quality of applied solutions in the office and standard of the building’s management. Essentially, the certificate reflects the care about a constant improvement of the existing building and minimization of its impact on the natural environment – says Adrian Bojczuk, Senior Consultant in Office Area Letting Department, JLL.
Along with LEED, BREEAM is the most famous certification system in the world which is based on many criteria. The certification process analyses such parameters as i.a. energy and water consumption, CO2 emission, application of eco-friendly solutions and materials, health and comfort of employees or issues related to the building's management.
