At present, the investment is in the preparatory stage. Its commencement is planned on Autumn 2015, whereas the works should be completed in the half of 2017. Then, the Wrocław market will gain ca. 28 000 sq. m of modern office area.
The project – just like Aquarius Business House located in the close proximity – will be realized in two stages. The building A will reach the height of seven aboveground tiers, whereas the building B will be lower by one level. Moreover, there will be a representative square with greenery and elements of small architecture next to them. The complex will be also equipped with parking places for bicycles, changing-rooms and drying rooms for bicyclists. The Arcad studio from Kielce will be responsible for the architectural conception of the investment.
The building will be realized in accordance with the sustainable construction conception and requirements of the BREEAM ecological certification.
