Orange City was awarded BREEAM certification with a very good grade. Project phase was awarded in version of BREEAM Europe Commercial 2009, office complex was executed by Bouygues Immobilier Polska company.
It's a result of work our teams which deal with concept and execution, associate and our customer - TPSA - said Olivier Bobenrieth, Project Director of TPSA in Bouygues Immobilier Polska. To receive a certification, investor had to put an emphasis on i.a. energy-saving, employing ecological materials, minimization of impact on environment and project management system during whole stages of its execution.
Balanced development is a crucial point in strategy of Bouygues Immobilier, which execute 12 000 flats and which submit 100% of its applications of building permit with a sign of BBC (Batiment Basse Consommation) confirming minimal building's energy demand.
