Mokotowska Square office, which belongs to Yareal Polska, was accounted the best revitalization of 2011 during an official ceremony. Competition in which structures were awarded in several categories was organized by Construction & Investment Journal magazine.
Revitalization of Mokotowska Square office lasted a year and a half, and was held in a strict cooperation with preservationist. Project comprised of renovation of facade from 1950-ties and thorough rebuild of interior.
Title awarded for Mokotowska Square it's a second C&IJ Award for Yareal. Project of Renaissance office building which was executed few years ago won in a category "Best Office Development" in 2004.
