Echo Investment has concluded a credit agreement with BGŻ BNP Pairbas, the value of which amounts to nearly 25 million euro. All means received from the construction credit will be intended for financing of the realization of two stages of Symetris Business Park in Łódź.
The credit obtained for financing of Symetris Business Park is the next stage of cooperation between Echo Investment and BGŻ BNP Paribas after refinancing of A4 Business Park and West Gate in the first six months of this year. I am glad that the return to the business with our partner was so quick. It is evidence of a very good opinion about our company and quality of our projects as well as selection of tenants for our investments – says Grzegorz Iwański, Chairman of Financing Department of Echo Investment.
Symetris Business Park is being realized at Piłsudskiego Avenue in Łódź, where there are located such structures as Centrum Biznesu (Business Center), Silver Screen Entertainment Center and hotels under the brands Novotel and IBIS (realized by Echo Investment) or Galeria Łódzka. Two buildings are to be realized within the project, which will deliver ca. 19 000 sq. m of office space to the market. Initially, the project was named Aurus, however, it was redesigned. The new concept was prepared by architects from Pracownia Architektury, Urbanistyki i Wnętrz B’ART. Developer of Symetris Business Park is Echo Investment.
