The cornerstone laying ceremony in Varso took place on 2 March 2017. The ceremony at the construction site and during the evening gala was attended by the president of the Republic of Slovakia Andrej Kiska, the ambassador of the Republic of Slovakia in Poland Dušan Krištofik, Deputy President of the City of Warsaw Michał Olszewski, the architects of Foster + Partners and Hermanowicz Rewski as well as the management board and the employees of HB Reavis.

 

Varso is a new investment of HB Reavis, which is being realized in the very heart of the city center of Warsaw, next to the Central Railway Station. A distinguishing part of the complex will be a skyscraper with an elegant and glass elevation. This 53-floor building will be crown with a 80-meter steeple. First and foremost, this highest building in Poland will comprise of offices. An attraction for the visitors of Varso will be an observation deck on the height of 230 m as well as the view out of the restaurant located on 46th and 47th floors of the building.   

 

Moreover, there will be shops, service points, restaurants and cafes on the ground floors of the two lower buildings of the complex. Varso will be not only a modern business center but also a well deliberate and easy accessible public space. The building will be completed in 2020.
