Sii is another company which decided to renew its lease contract in Sky Tower. The new contract will come into effect at the beginning of August this year. The Wrocław’s department of the company hires more than 400 people. The headquarters of Sii is located on the 24th and the 25th floors of the skyscraper. The company has been present in Sky Tower since 2013, occupying more than 1700 sq. m of space in total.
We are glad that international companies choose our most characteristic building in the city as well as in the Lower Silesia region for their headquarters. We did our utmost to enhance the comfort of work for the employees of Sii, for instance, by agreeing on providing the tenant with a broad service package. It is one of the elements of our complex offer since LC Corp SA is both the owner and the manager of this building. At first we rented space on the 25th floor, however, both new clients and a rapidly growing design team increased our needs. Therefore, we doubled the rented areas in September 2014, occupying the 24th tier. The decision on choosing Sky Tower was made because of a good location of the office and prestige of the investment. Due to the constant development of our company, we also wanted to have a possibility of leasing new areas within the same building – says Paweł Maksymczak, Director of the Department of Sii in Wrocław.
Sky Tower is a part of one of the highest architectural complexes in Poland (212 meters, 50 floors), which comprises of residential part and shopping mall. The size of office space amounts to 32 500 sq. m, whereas the size of the shopping mall – 25 000 sq. m. Additionally, the residential part comprises of 240 apartments.
