The Warsaw’s office of the international legal office – Hogan Lovells – will be located in the ETHOS office and commercial building from 30 October this year. This new head office has 2000 sq. m and it is situated at the highest floor of the building.
Hogan Lovells is one of the largest legal offices in the world. It hires over 2.5 thousand lawyers in 50 offices situated in 26 countries all over the world.
One of the most important aspects which we took into consideration while choosing a new head office was attractiveness from both clients’ and employees’ perspective. After a thorough analysis of many factors, we decided to choose ETHOS due to prestigious, convenient and representative location at Three Crosses Square. Additional factor was also a high standard of this office which combines modern technologies with tradition – says Beata Balas-Noszczyk, Managing Partner at Hogan Lovells in Poland.
The lease contract in ETHOS was signed for the period of 10 years. Hogan Lovells was advised by CBRE during the process of obtaining a new head office whereas the owner of this building – Kulczyk Silverstein Properties – was represented by Savills.
After two-year modernization and redevelopment, ETHOS office and commercial complex offers ca. 17 000 sq. m of office and commercial space in total. More than 500 sq. m will be intended for representative offices of boutiques and shops of prestigious and exclusive brands. The building was adjusted to the A+ standards of BREEAM at the Excellent level.
