E-biurowce.pl has found out that Budimex is considering the construction of their own office building in Warsaw. The company would manage the building themselves. Krzysztof Koziol the director of Biuro Komunikacji Zewnetrznej in Budimex has told us that the building is to accommodate 10 – 11 000 sq. meters of space.
That would be our first considerable developing experience in the office building market. – says Krzysztof Koziol.
Budimex is a company that has got 40 years of experience and tradition. They have accomplished dozens of project in many countries on three continents. They have got wide experience concerning general building works, public buildings, housing, ecological projects, commercial buildings and sports facilities. It also provides municipal infrastructure, and has got its own network of asphalt factories.
