The developer and investor, Vastint Poland, has just completed the 2nd stage of Business Garden. Within the project, 3 out of 6 office buildings in this phase are ready to receive new tenants.

The Business Garden office complex is situated at Legnicka Street in the Wrocław Fabryczna district. There are Magnolia Park shopping center and Mikołajów railway station in the close neighborhood of the complex. The whole investment offers 117 000 sqm of office and service space within 9 buildings; the first three buildings were commissioned in 2016. The completed phase included five six-tier investments built on the plan of the H letter and one thirteen-floor skyscraper.

The first three out of six buildings of the second phase were commissioned in July this year. They are almost wholly leased and their main tenant is Credit Agricole Group (25 600 sqm). Other investments commissioned at the end of November are ready to receive new tenants such as Santander Consumer Bank Polska (10 700 sqm) and Capgemini (4 100 sqm). The current commercialization level of the project amounts to 70% – says Marek Ulanecki, Leasing Manager at Vastint Poland.

Business Garden Wrocław meets the requirements of the highest level of green LEED certification.

The complex is surrounded by a big public garden that is available to office employees and all inhabitants of Wrocław. There are numerous relaxation zones, developed bicycle path networks and restaurant pavilion on the area of the complex. Soon, there will be a café and canteen, too.

Business Garden in Wrocław is the third executed business park in Poland (next to Business Garden Warszawa and Business Garden Poznań).

APA Wojciechowski studio is responsible for the architectural design. The Hochtief Polska company was a general contractor of the investment.
