One out of three buildings of the Hi Piotrowska complex reached 82 m. The investment has become the highest office building in Łódź.

The remaining two buildings which are a part of the complex – hotel and office investment – have just reached a building shell. The completion is envisaged for June 2020.

Hi Piotrowska Complex In The City Center Of Łódź

Hi Piotrowska is a multiuse office and service complex which is being erected in the city center of Łódź. This investment comprises of two office buildings and Hampton by Hilton hotel. The office tower of the height of 82 m has 20 floors. The building shell has been reached. This is currently the highest office building in Łódź.

The lower office building completed in the first half of 2019 is a building shell. The two office buildings will offer 21 thousand sqm of office space class A+ and 5 thousand sqm of commercial and service space.

Hampton by Hilton hotel has 7 floors. The guests will have a restaurant and 129 rooms of a high standard at their disposal.

Hi Piotrowska: Good Location

Hi Piotrowska complex is situated in the city center of Łódź. The users will benefit from the public and bicycle communication network. The investment is well-communicated; Piotrowska Street and Piotrowska Centrum interchange station are in the vicinity of the investment.

The first tenants will move into Hi Piotrowska complex in Q2 2020. There will be lots of service offices such as: New Work, PKO BP, Starbucks, HEBE, Just GYM, Żabka, Namieszane Grill & Bar, Apteka Europejska, Telfan GSM, bakery and bistro Z pieca Rodem, Apteka Europejska, or Delikatesy Fabryczne. Knight Frank Agency and CBRE were responsible for the lease of office space.

Hi Piotrowska will enrich the office, commercial and service offer in the city. According to experts, the building has the potential to revive tourism in Łódź. Due to historical tenement houses, the project of the complex was consulted with the preservationist.

BREEAM Certificate

A lot of technologies that minimize the negative impact on the environment were used while designing and carrying out the complex. The buildings will provide high comfort and lower operational costs. Hi Piotrowska complex was awarded a high grade at the Design Stage – Very Good (BREEAM certification) in a multicriteria system that assesses green buildings.
