Indian business services provider, WNS Holding Ltd., is going to open a service center in Łużycka Office Park in Gdynia.

WNS Holding is one of the world's leaders in business services segment. The company's activities include: providing accounting-financing services, research and analysis, operating customer service centers and offering other services adjusted to client. WNS provides its services for companies from travel, insurance, financing or retail sale industries. Throughout the search and choosing process the holding has been assisted by Jones Lang LaSalle company.

As Magdalena Reńska, Director of Gdańsk's Branch of Jones Lang LaSalle - ABSL Strategical Partner - says : WNS's project is a yet another proof, that the Tricity is becoming Poland's lead location for BPO/SSC sector's projects. Good news for other companies who are considering whether to enter Tricity's market is also the fact, that the ratio of free office areas has increased and in II quarter of 2012 amounted to 9.1% in a general supply of 370 000 m2.

Indian holding globally employs over 25 000 specialists, working in 29 centers on the world. In Łużycka Office Park, in an office area of around 1000 m2, is going to employ 500 people. The investment in Poland is going to be the company's second (after Bucharest) office in Central-Eastern Europe.

Gdynia City's President, Wojciech Szczurek comments the investment: The news that an another company and one of global leaders in business services - WNS holding - is opening in Gdynia its second after Bucharest center in central-Eastern Europe, proves opinions on our city's attractiveness to investors. It is also a - very important to Gdynia's government - vindication of chosen development strategy, in which we put emphasis on creating conditions attractive for investors, while caring about city dweller's quality of life ath the same time.
