Located in northern Warsaw, logistic park Zerań Park ! Consists of four warehouse buildings which also possess modern offices. Their new lessees are: Coca Cola HBC, Denckermannn and Imtech Polska. These companies rented a total area of 7 500 m2.
Polish division of Coca Cola HBC, which deals in producition and distribution of Coca Cola drinks while being the company' world's second biggest bottler in terms of sale volume, rents Zerań Park's office area and around 1 400m2 of warehouse space.
On the other hand, Deckermann (car parts' production and distribution together with comprehensive solutions in the field of automotive market), who's going to move to Zerań Park I this year rented amongst others around 300m2 of area intended for office use.
In turn, Imtech Polska, apart from around 2 785 m2 of warehouse area rented around 150 m2 of office area as well. The company specializes in production and assembly of technical and industrial installations in large area objects. Imtech Polska is known for it's work during Warsaw's National Stadium construction.
One of the main influences on Zerań Park I's lessees is it's localisation. Park is situated near S8 and S7 lanes and close to two bridges, providing good communication with east, west and north Poland. In near 3 hours one can reach Poznań, while in only two hours more it is possible to reach Germany's capital- Berlin.
