Herbalife leased an office space in Bonarka4Business complex.

Global provider of products facilitating a weight control, Herbalife, has decided to lease 1 850sqm of office space in the building C, in a Bonarka4Business complex in Kraków. Office belongs to TriGranit company. During the transaction, a company was represented by DTZ, and instead investor was represented by - Jones Lang LaSalle.

Bonarka4Business offers 35 000sqm of modern office space in four buildings. Leaseholders can exploit an underground and aboveground car parking. First two structures were commissioned in the II quarter of 2011, and they're fully leased. The last available spaces in the building C are the subject of negotiations.
