For 40 years TTS Poland has been designing, installing and servicing devices for the shipping and offshore industries. The company has branches in a dozen of countries worldwide and employs over one thousand people.
Grundfos is the next tenant in the BCB Business Park. The company operates in the heat pump industry, comprises 55 countries and possesses 55% of shares on the whole market in this particular sector. This makes Grundfos the world's largest pump manufacturer.
Green Energy Poland, Ventus Engineering, will also move into the office complex in Gdańsk. The company operates in the renewable energy sources sector and carries out investments connected with the construction of wind farms.
Companies such as Solution, Banqsoft, Solwit, P4B, IFSS Aluprof, Learnetic and Comex have already located their head offices in the office building BCB Business Park. Also the food stall Pizza Bar & Restaurant BuonGiorno operates in the building.
The investor of the BCB Business Park is Baltic Business Centre Ltd (Bałtyckie Centrum Biznesu Sp. z o.o.) The first of the buildings was commissioned in 2012. It offers the total area of over 12 000 sq m, out of which the area of 9 000 sq m is regarded as Class A+ office space. Tenants may use also the overground and underground car parks, a spacious patio and the well-groomed green areas.
The complex location is its big advantage. Due to neighbouring Gdańsk Lech Walesa Airport and harbours in Gdańsk and Gdynia, good communication is provided not only within the city, but also to other countries.
Five office buildings of total area of 45 000 sq m, a three star hotel and the Auxiliary Services Centre are to be built within the BCB Business Park complex,
