Two new tenants in BCB Business Park

Two new companies will move in to BCB Business Park in Gdansk: Engineering S.A. oraz BIOEN.

During the last few months BCB Business Park encouraged five companies and now few others are joining the center. The complex is located in the vicinity of the Lech Walesa Airport and is included in the Airport City district.

The first of its tenants is Tractebel Engineering S.A. which belongs to GDF SUEZ Group. It is engineering and consulting company which has more than 100 years of experience in project realizations for energy and infrastructure sector. The company is a part of Energy Services sector, one of the main business lines of GDF SUEZ group. In 2012, Tractebel Engineering S.A. was celebrating 20 years in Poland.

Second space renting company in BCB Business Park is BIOEN. It handles the application of basic types of biomass fuel such as: briquettes and wood pellets, straw briquettes and heat pump application to warming of the buildings. Currently the company creates a factory unit in Glowczyce town, in Slupsk region in Pomerania. BIOEN produces 60 000 tones of agropellet yearly, which makes it a leader in this market section.

New tenants joined the circle of such companies as TTS Marine, Grundfos, Ventus Engineering, Solution, Banqsof, Solwit, P4B, Aluprof, Learnetic and Comex. In BCB Business Park, there is also Pizza Bar & Restaurant Buon Giorno.

The complex is realized by Baltic Business Center Sp. z o.o. The first of the buildings offers 12000 sqm of surface and it was commissioned in 2012. There should be five office buildings more of total surface of 45000 sqm.
