Expander Advisors is a financial counselling company. It is going to occupy nearly 200 sqM in the office block Aquarius Business House in Wrocław, whose owner is Echo Investment.
Once the lease agreement is signed, the first stage of the investment will be leased in 97%, and the second – in nearly 70%. Among the building's tenants, there are companies such as: Tieto Poland, PwC, AXIT, Randstad, Lux Med, BOŚ Bank, Credit Agricole, Jadłomania or Farmacja Plus.
Expander Advisors started as an Interned portal, but the company later transformed the model of functioning and became the first financial counselling company in Poland. Their first office was open in December 2001 in Warsaw.
The office complex Aquarius Business House is located at the junction of Borowska and Swobodna streets in Wrocław. The first stage of the project was completed in November 2012. The second stage is going to be completed in October 2013. The building was designed by the Arcad studio from Kielce, and the general developer of raw state is Eiffage Budownictwo Mitex JSC.
Aquarius Business House consists of two 7-storey buildings, which offer 25.000 sqM altogether. The tenants will be able to use 410 parking places and additional functions, such as a restaurant, magazine stand, bicycle parking lot with dressing rooms and shower cabins.
Echo Investment is still active on the Wrocław market. In November 2012 it began the construction of another office block – West Gate. The building, located at the interjection of Lotnicza, Na Ostatnim Groszu, Legnicka and Milenijna, will offer 16.000 sqM of class "A" office space.
