Randstad Polska LLC will move in the office block Eurocentrum Office Complex in Warsaw.

Randstad Polska LLC has become a new lessee of the Eurocentrum Office Complex. The company is going to occupy 2 726 sq. m. of the office space. The building is owned by  Grupa Capital Park. Gwiazda Nieruchomości acted as an agent in the transaction.

The Eurocentrum Office Park offers its premises to companies such as Imtech Polska, Tebodin, Qumak and CEPD Management. The first phase of the investment is going to be completed in June 2014. For the time being, 36% of the building space is rented. The office block is characterised by ecological and low-energy solutions and has received LEED Core & Shell Gold Pre-certification.

The office block will be located on Aleje Jerozolimskie in Warsaw, between Plac Zawiszy and the Warszawa Zachodnia railway station. It offers 65.800 sq. m. to lease, on 15 storeys, including 63.600 sq. m. of office space. The investor plans to assign  2.200 sq. m. to customer service points and restaurants, and to create a 3-storey underground parking lot with 605 parking spaces. There will also be 162 parking places in the above ground parking lot, including 22 generally accessible ones. A special parking lot will  be offered to cyclists, along with 22 dressing rooms and shower stalls.

The general developer of the Eurocentrum Office Complex is Erbud JSC. The architectural design was created by PRC Architekci.
