The Cameron concern temporarily occupies about 120 sqm of the office surface in Olivia Gate building, which will permanently occupy about 200 sqm of the surface in Olivia Tower. The company, being a provider of the oil and gas extraction systems, will hire 10 engineers in its branch in Gdańsk. They will design and produce drilling equipment.
Tax Care Group will also occupy 508 sqm of space in Olivia Tower. That will be their second branch in Gdańsk complex. The first one has been operating on the ground floor of Olivia Gate for a year.
The customer and employees are very happy with the location, especially with the convenient transportation and being able to run many errands in one area, therefore, we have decided to create new accounting section, also located in Olivia Business Centre. We will service the north of Poland. Currently we employ 30 people, and untill the end of the year we are planning to employ additional 50. We will search for personal assistants, junior accountants, accountant, managers, says Bożena Stemplewska, the Tax Care Group Regional Accountant Director.
The Group specializes in accounting and services the small and medium enterprises. The company provides financial and investment counseling, and the business start-up counseling. In addition, it offers a full range of financial products for the enterprises.
In the end of July of 2013, Noble Bank will move to Olivia Gate. It will occupy about 282 sqm of surface in so far vacant area on the ground floor. The bank will open a new, exclusive branch for private banking sector.
This will be the second location in Olivia Business Centre providing exclusive services in private banking. In Olivia Gate office building, there is one branch of private banking of one of the biggest Polish banks, which is characterized by unique interior design using noble metals, says Maciej Kotarski from TPS, which is Olivia Business Centre's developer.
The company will join the circle of such tenants as T-Mobile, Starbucks, Sii, PwC, PKO BP, Meritum Bank, Energa SA, Bayer Service Center Gdańsk or American Bureau of Shipping.
