IMS Health will move in o the Warsaw office building, Konstruktorska Business Center,in fall of 2013

A company responsible for the delivery of information, technology and consulting services for the medical sector will occupy more than 2000 sqm, on the fifth floor in the Konstruktorska Business Center office building. HB  Reavis is the facility owner.

The office building is located at ul. Konstruktorska and Suwak, in Warsaw district – Służewiec. So far, it has been encouraging such tenants as: OTIS – the world producer of the elevators, escalators and moving walkways, and other types of horizontal transportation; Carrier – the world leader of energy-saving air-conditioning, heating and cooling appliances and one of the global companies of FMCG sector. There are more than 25000 sqm of jointly rented or reserved spaces. 48000 sqm of surface are still available.

The transaction confirms persistent interest of the tenants of the industrial Służewiec, as the most attractive location on the office map of Warsaw. One of the main reasons which is for this particular location is the proximity of its clients, business partners and competitive rental conditions – says Karol Patynowski, the senior advisor from Jones Lang LaSalle consulting company representing IMS Health.

The architectural project Konstruktorska Business Center was created in Epstein studio and adhears to ecological BREEAM certification. The tenants will be able to use two elevations of the underground parking, along with restaurants, cafes, kiosks, ATM and two green terraces of total surface of  3200 sqm. HB Reavis also took care of the electronic vehicles charging area.
