Bluerank company became the first tenant of MediaHUB office building, in Lodz

Bluerank, one of the Polish, SEM agencies will occupy the whole, 9th floor in MediaHUB office building in Lodz. The facility is located at ul. Łąkowa 29. Apart frm the inwestor – TOYA, Bluerank will be the first tenant in the building.

Along with the dynamic development of our company, we have been looking for a new location of our office for a certain amount of time. The main features, which we paid attention in the choosing process were: high standard, good location and the ability of comfortable, fitted to our needs and work environment arrangement, says Maciej Gałecki, the Bluerank Board Director.

MediaHUB belongs to BHCC comples – BusinessHUB Congress Center – which also include Lodz DoubleTree Hotel by Hilton and former factory floors of Wytwórnia Filmów Fabularnych. The last ones will constitute the conference and exhibition space. As the office building as the hotel will be soon commissioned.

A huge adventure of MediaHUB is its location in the Lodz city center and the neighborhood of the convention center and high-class hotel. Such a infrastructure may be crucial during the events organization. Extremely important is the ability of the whole floor occupancy, which allows for the creative and innovational arrangement of the surface, and the window view will certainly be inspirational for us, states Maciej Gałecki.

We are glad that such famous and valued player as Bluerank has checked in on the board of MediaHub. That is the best proof that we are a great place for dynamically developing companies from the new technologies sector, which need a prestigious location for their headquarters – states Marta Kruk, who is responsible for the space rental in the office building.

One floor offers the space of 385 sqm.

In our building, the company does not need to rent thousands of meters of surface in order to has its own floor. It is extremely important not only to maintain the image, but it is also practical. It assures the independence and flexibility in the space organization on the whole floor, offering at the same time better work comfort, says Marta Kruk.

Two floors are occupied by TOYA Group, the complex investor.
