Millward Brown signed the lease agreement for an office space in the Wilanów Office Park complex, in Warsaw

Milward Brown – the old SMG/KRC Poland – will occupy 3 619 sqm of the office space in the B3 office building in the Wilanów Office Park, belonging to Polnord S.A. The company will move to the buiding by November 1st, 2013.

New tenant is a company running in Poland as an independent research center since 1990. Since 2000 ,it has belonged to Millward Brown International.

Renting a whole available space of the B3 building acknowledges the popularity of Wilanów Office Park, which established a position of a significant business center in Warsaw. Worth mentioning is the fact, that the tenants of the B3 building are international, renowned companies from different sectors, said Piotr Wesołowski, the Polnord S.A. Director.

Millward Brown will join the circle of the six tenants of the B3 building, which are: CLS Bhering, HDS (incorporated in French group – Lagardere), Triumh International, Levi's Young & Rubicam and Hill + Knowllton Strategies.

The interest of the Wilanów Office Park is rapidly growing. We entered into discussions with significant, prospect tenants, and we shortly expect to rent the available space in B3 building. At the same time, we analyze the costs and projects related to the construction of another building, B2. There is a chance that we will start the construction this year, says Piotr Wesołowski.

The complex offers 40 000 sqm of the office surface, and until now three buildings were commissioned. One of them was bought by Asseco Poland S.A., another will be completely leased to Pol-Aqua S.A. All buildings hold an ecological BREEAM certificate.
