In the multipurpose office building Alchemia, in Gdańsk, 155 sqm of surface will be occupied by Bazar Smaków restaurant, which will be operated by Dobry Hotel partnership specializing in hotel and gastronomy facility management. The facility will accommodate 170 guests and will serve for types of cuisine: Hindu, Asian, Italian and Polish.
In order to create a good restaurant, an interesting concept and proper location is crucial, which, most of the time, is the most difficult. Alchemia provides an excellent location. As for other aspects, we will use our wide experience, and also observations of well-known, highly popular facilities in Germany or Scotland. I am strongly convinced that Bazar Smaków will shortly become a recognizable site on a culinary map of Tricity, says Leszek Mięczkowski from Dobry Hotel, Alchemia restaurant operator.
We would like to provide the ability to choose a course from 4 world cuisine, including Polish. Whether it will be an Alchemia employee, student or casual person, all of these individuals will find something for themselves, assures Leszzek Mięczkowski. The chef of the restaurant will be Anil Colasco, Hindu who worked in New York and London, and currently manages a restaurant in Scotland. The prices should make the facility more attractive – the main course will cost anywhere between 10 to 18 PLN.
During a day, the restaurant will become a cafeteria. The employees will be eligible for a discount. The two-storied place will also include a children place. We are aware that is not easy to accommodate working professionals with daily and family activities. Hence, the restaurant, as well as other facilities located in Alchemia, will provide an easy access for families with children, says Monika Brzzozowska from Torus company, being Alchemia's developer.
