Main tenant of B1 building from the Wilanów Office Park complex in Warsaw, Pol-Aqua company, has decided to leave the localisation.

Pol-Aqua construction company has decided to leave the Wilanów Office Park complex, an investment belonging to Polnord company. The lease contract has not been broken off – Pol-Aqua is still paying the rent, and together with the building’s owner it is looking for a new tenant.

Pol-Aqua has been leasing B1 building since mid-2011. The company had its offices on 7,276 m2 of net space. Total area of the building amounts to 14,301 m2.

B1 building was the first stage of the Wilanów Office Park investment, realised by Polnord. In prospect, the whole complex will include 18 buildings with total area of 140,000 m2. Currently, the complex consists of three objects: A, B1 and B3. Building A is leased by Asseco Poland company, and in B3 there are such companies as Millward Brown, Triumph International Polska, CLS Bhering, HDS, Levi’s, Young & Rubicam and Hill+Knowlton Strategies.

B1 building, which until now was the headquarters of Pol-Aqua, has been awarded with prestigious architectonic awards, such as the title of The Best Polish Office Building 2011 in the Polska Architektura 2011 contest, organised by Sztuka Architektury website. The object was also appreciated by the jury of The European Property Awards 2012. It won first place in Office Architecture category and a title of Best Poland for the best office design in our country. The awards were given to HRA Architekci design studio, responsible for the design of the building.
