International publisher Reader's Digest will rent 1,000 m2 of office space in the building Saturn, belonging to Empark Business Park complex. The complex is located in Warsaw district Mokotów. During the transaction the tenant was backed by experts from Jones Lang LaSalle company. The contract is valid for three years.
Reader's Digest was looking for an effective, attractive and well-located office space with a good access to public transportation. The other assets of Empark Mokotów Business Park which drew our attention was good communication with city centre and a wide range of services accessible in the complex space, such as banks, restaurants, cafés, a medical centre, post office and a fitness club – says Izabela Ciszewska, a Junior Consultant in Office Agency of Jones Lang LaSalle.
Saturn is one of the nine buildings which make Empark Mokotów Business Park complex. It offers 12,500 m2. The owner of the complex, located between Domaniewska, Postępu, Marynarska and Wołoska streets, is Heitman European Property Partners III. The users of the complex can make use of up to 2,700 ground and underground parking spaces. All buildings offer in total 115,266 m2 of office space, which makes Empark Business Park the biggest complex in Poland.
Mokotów is second biggest office region of Warsaw, after the centre and its fringes. It has over 1 million m2 of modern office space.
