Synexus rented office space in Wrocław Sky Tower complex.

Synexus Polska company will rent 326 m2 of the office space in Wrocław Sky Tower complex. The owner of the complex is LC Corp Sky Tower Sp. z o.o., for which Sky Tower is the newest project. The agent negotiating during transaction was an international advising company, Cushman & Wakefield.


Synexus is the international chain of centres dedicated to clinical research. The company works in Great Britain, Germany, Poland, Bulgaria, Hungary, Ukraine and RPA. In Poland it is present since 2003 and currently has centres in Wrocław, Warsaw, Katowice and Gdynia. The centre located in Lower Silesia is the headquarters for Central and Eastern Europe.


Sky Tower is the tallest office building in Poland, with 212 metres in 50 storeys plus ground floor. The office part of the building was opened in March 2013. The place also offers living, commercial, service and recreational spaces. Sky Tower is located in Krzyki district, on Powstańców Śląskich street, near the main road connecting city centre to the A4 highway. The whole complex takes up 171,000 m2, of which over 28,000 m2 is the office space, located in buildings B2 and B3. B2 is the main tower of the place. Users of the complex can use up to 1,500 parking spaces, 560 of which are assigned to the bureaus.


Cushman & Wakefield was also a negotiator in another transaction – Prudential renting service space on the ground floor of Beta Centre office building in Wrocław.
