NEXTEP Group Company has signed the lease for space in the trade office building on Chmielna 25 in Warsaw.

The investor of the building is the company LHI Ltd. The first tenant, NEXTEP Group, will move to 120 sqm located on the first floor. The agreement was signed for five years.

NEXTEP Group offers services in the field of modern marketing solutions for business. It supports companies such as Bacardi Martini, Shell, Unicredit, Mazda and Kia Motors. The company will move to Chmielna 25 in November 2013.At present arrangement works of occupied space are carried out there. During the negotiations, the owner of the building was supported by DTZ company.

When choosing the new location, we took into account, in particular a convenient location, quality and ergonomics of the surface, which directly affects the comfort of work. All those elements were found in the building on Chmielna 25. Chmielna 25 is a seven-storey Class A facility offering 7 340 sqm. of usable space. At -1 level and the ground floor retail and service areas can be found, and on floors one to six – offices. There is a total office space of 3 800 sqm, as well as service and trade part of 1 640 sqm. There are 25 parking spaces for cars and bike parking at -2 level. The architectural design was created in the Bulanda, Mucha Architects Ltd office and can boast of LEED precertification at Gold level. Currently, finishing works in the building are done, but its dedication is scheduled for summer 2013.


During the negotiation talks, that we run with the tenants, more and more companies indicates that in addition to a comfortable office space, the selection of a new office headquarter is determined by the communication infrastructure and services in the neighborhood. Chmielna street with the close distance of trams, buses and metro, many restaurants, cafes, shops, service shops, Atlantic cinema, creates perfect conditions for work and leisure time for employees of companies based in the building Chmielna 25.
