We are pleased that the building, which is being realized by us, attracts such important tenants. As in the case of Nowy Dom Jabłkowskich recently commercialized in 100 per cent, Chmielna 25 may be proud of top-end tenants. They appreciate the prestige and locational potential of our structures as well as character and quality of architecture and interiors. Particularly positive phenomenon is the fact that offices and showrooms are located here by fashion companies – LPP in Chmielna 25, Kazar in Nowy Dom Jabłkowskich, which notice changes through which Chmielna Street is going. Within few years, it has a chance to become a genuine commercial street – comments Robert Mandżunowski, CEO of LHI Sp. z o.o.
