Occupied space, which constitutes half of the building’s second floor, was assigned to a showroom for brands owned by LPP S.A., such as: Reserved, Mohito, House, Cropp and Sinsay.

Chmielna 25 is a seven-tier A class structure which offers ca. 1700 sq. m of commercial-service space on -1 and 0 floors and ca. 3800 sq. m of office space. It is the second – after Nowy Dom Jabłkowskich – investment realized by LHI Sp. z o.o. at Chmielna Street. In October 2013, certification commission granted Chmielna 25 an ecological LEED certificate on GOLD level, thus confirming earlier precertification gained on the stage of construction works.
LHI Sp. z o.o. belongs to LHI Group. It has been functioning in Poland since 1995. As organizer, co-investor and investor, the company creates and offers alternative forms of properties financing, realizes also projects in a formula of public-private partnership, such as design, construction, financing and management of institutional structures, realization of revitalization projects and support of other regional development initiatives. To this day, the partnership transacted businesses on the total amount of ca. 7 billion zlotys.
