The owner of the buliding, Group Capital Park, has signed the latest lease agreement concerning Racławicka Point. The building located on the corner of Racławicka and Włoska streets in Warsaw is already fully leased. The last tenant is company Wspólny Rynek Inc. that occupies over 164 square metres.

The office building offers 2 444 square metres of the surface to rent, on 6 levels. Additionally there are on the ground floor commercial and service spaces that are independent of the office part. The architectural project was done in AGK Architekci studio. This is a prestigious building that is situated in the attractive place, close to key transport hubs on Mokotów. The users will be provided with a comfortable access both by car and by public transport. Additionally there is a two-level underground parking with 44 parking spaces as well as 4 places on the ground level parking. All the tenants can arrange the office space according to their preferences.

The tenants of Racławicka Point such companies like Technicolor Polska, Norgips, Polit Elektronik and Domino’s Pizza. In the commercial and service space are located drugstore Rossmann and Domino’s Pizza.
The investment is the first Project of the Group Capital Park in Warsaw. At present the company finished in the capital the next projects. These are Eurocenter Office Complex, Royal Wilanów and ArtNorblin. The group operates at the Polish market since 2003 year, leading investment together with private equity fund Patron Capital Partners, managing the capital value of more than 2,4 bn euro.

The Capital Park Group has created the investment portfolio of 71 assets offering around 300 000 square metres gross from the beginning. 80 percent of them is located in Warsaw
