Tristan Capital Partners (CCPIII) fund informed of its agreement, reached with Ghelamco, concerning a purchase of A-class office complex, located in Warsaw’s Mokotów. Net value of Mokotów Nova was 121 million Euro. Advisors during the transaction were the companies CBRE, Dentons and cmT.

The complex is one of the biggest, finished in recent years, office projects in Mokotów district. It is a modern business park, combining newest technological solutions with elasticity and effectiveness of office space. Mokotów Nova has 41,000 m2 of office space, realised in two stages. The first was finished in September 2011, and the second in January 2012. Users of the complex have 979 parking spaces on three-storey lot and additional 91 spaces located on ground floor.
In the complex there are offices of such companies as Hyundai Motor Poland, Lego, BMW, Oriflame, ConnectMedica. In the object there is also new Ghelamco office.
The project was realised following the requirements of BREEAM certificate. It was awarded with a Very Good assessment at the beginning of 2013.
