Tulipan House, located in Mokotów district of Warszawa, is owned by hausInvest, the open-ended property fund of Commerz Real. Savillis, an international property consultant, intermediated in renting 5500 square meters of the building space.
Despite strong competition, rising vacancy rate in Mokotów and declining rental rates, consistently, over the last 14 months, we managed to finalize 8 transactions in the Tulipan House building. Since we have become the exclusive agent in May 2012, thanks to renting free space and renegotiating lease agreements with existing tenants, 70% of space in Tulipan House is rented for a long time. One of the tenants is Huawei, a leading global information and communications technology (ICT) solutions provider. The company decided to prolong its lease agreement for another 5 years and increased the rented space by 1000 square meters, ultimately renting 3900 square meters.
The building houses also Telepeformance, a company operating on the contact centre market, providing BPO services. The tenant rented additional 780 square meters and currently occupies 2100 square meters on the ground floor in Tulipan House.
Besides, lease agreement was also renegotiated by Legrand producing systems for electrical installations, which occupies 810 square meters in the building.
Tulipan House is located at Domaniewskiej Street 50. It provides 17 895 square meters of space and houses such companies as Huawei, Telepeformance and APC Pharma.
